These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the iRestora PLUS website and software provided by Door Soft.

The product
iRestora PLUS is a restaurant POS and restaurant management system for dine-in, takeaway, delivery, kitchen operations, inventory, recipes, staff, online ordering, reservations, and reporting. Features depend on the plan or licence you purchase.

Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information when you contact us or create an account. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your outlets and user roles (cashier, waiter, chef, admin, and others).

Subscriptions and trials
SaaS plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup (monthly or yearly) and may include a free trial. Limits such as users, outlets, and invoices follow the selected plan. Self-hosted or Envato purchases are licensed as described on the Licence page. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or a written agreement with Door Soft.

Acceptable use
You may use iRestora PLUS only for lawful restaurant and food-business operations. You must not misuse the software, attempt unauthorised access, resell hosting of our SaaS without permission, or use the product to process data you have no right to store.

Availability and support
We aim to keep the service and updates reliable. Offline-first POS features may continue on a device when the internet drops and sync when the connection returns. Support is provided through the contact details on this website. We are not liable for losses caused by internet outage, hardware failure, or incorrect data entered by your staff.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Door Soft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability related to iRestora PLUS is limited to the fees you paid us for the product in the three months before the claim.

Changes
We may update these terms or the software features. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
