Licence

This Licence describes how you may use iRestora PLUS, a restaurant POS product of Door Soft.

What you receive
Depending on how you obtain iRestora PLUS, you receive either (a) a subscription to our hosted SaaS platform, or (b) a software licence for a self-hosted installation (for example a purchase via Envato / CodeCanyon or directly from Door Soft). You do not acquire ownership of the iRestora PLUS source code, trademarks, or brand.

Self-hosted (regular) licence
A standard licence allows you to install and run iRestora PLUS for one live restaurant business (one production installation). You may customise the code for that business. You may not redistribute the product, resell it as your own POS, share the source with other businesses, or use one licence for multiple unrelated live end products unless you purchase additional licences.

SaaS licence
A SaaS subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use iRestora PLUS on our servers for the outlets, users, and invoice limits of your plan, for the paid term. When the subscription ends, access to the hosted service may be suspended.

White-label
Where your plan or agreement includes white-label options, you may display your own logo, favicon, and site title on permitted customer-facing screens. You still may not claim authorship of the underlying iRestora PLUS software.

Restrictions
You must not remove copyright notices, reverse engineer the product except as allowed by law, use our trademarks without permission, or offer iRestora PLUS as a competing downloadable product.

Updates
Licence and subscription holders may receive updates according to their purchase or plan. Envato support periods, if any, follow Envato’s rules and the item listing.

Termination
Door Soft may suspend or terminate a licence or subscription if these terms are breached or if fees remain unpaid. On termination of a self-hosted licence you must stop using the software for new live operations.
